Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items. Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition

Free of stains, odors, or damage

Final sale items, discounted items, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color only, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Return Label & Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return labels are not automatically provided. If a return label is issued, the cost may be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be sent.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Store credit may be offered in place of a refund or upon request
